Yes!

The voters have sent a message and the message is simple: this is a new day in Columbus, Georgia! We are on our way to realizing the goal of the Yes For Public Safety campaign: To make Columbus the safest city in the country. To do that, my first priority will be to get the police officers on the streets as soon as possible.

On July 15, you seized the opportunity and said, “Yes”. I appreciate that more than you will ever know.

As we said in this campaign, our families deserve to be safe again, and because you said “Yes”, we are going to make that happen.

Because you said “Yes”, we have now turned the corner to a brighter – and safer – future for Columbus, Georgia.

One of the reasons I ran for Mayor is because I wanted to restore confidence in our local government. And because you said, “Yes”, we have done just that.
